Greyhound Women's Soccer Concludes Road Swing at University of Texas of the Permian Basin

ODESSA, TEXAS — Junior goalkeeper Marissa Torres made six saves in Sunday's Lone Star Conference match for the Eastern New Mexico University women's soccer team (3-9-1; LSC 2-6). University of Texas of the Permian Basin scored 3:57 into the game on a goal from Haley Hicks, and defeated the Greyhounds 1-0, at UTPB Turf Field.
 
The Greyhounds and Falcons have split their season series, which moved ENMU to 7-3 in the all-time record against UTPB. The loss snapped Eastern's two-game win streak in the series, with the last loss also coming by a 1-0 score on September 4, 2011.
