PORTALES, NM — With 11 wins in their last 12 games, the Eastern New Mexico University women's basketball team is ready to hit the road for a pair of critical Lone Star Conference contests. The trip will open on Thursday afternoon at Texas A&M-Kingsville, and conclude on Saturday at Angelo State.
Tipoff in Kingsville, Texas, is set for 4:15 p.m. on Thursday evening, and a 1 p.m. start time on Saturday in San Angelo.

Kassandra Harris leads the Hounds with 11.7 points and 5.9 rebounds per game.
Mikaehla Connor is right behind with 10.6 points per game and a team-best 51 assists.
Daeshi McCants is the squads' top rebounder with 6.3 per game. McCants has two of the teams' four double doubles this season, while Harris and Connor each have one.
Josh Prock is in his fourth season as head coach of the Greyhounds and has a 37-58 record at ENMU.
In the Series with Texas A&M-Kingsville
Eastern is 34-28 against Texas A&M-Kingsville, with a 13-17 road record in the series. The Hounds have won the last four meetings with the Javelinas and seven of the last eight. Last season, Harris averaged 22 points and 6.5 rebounds over two games against Texas A&M-Kingsville, while Connor averaged nine points per game. The Greyhounds also held a 44.0-35.0 edge in rebounding over the two meeting.

Angelo State suffered their only loss of the season, last Saturday at West Texas A&M. The Rambelles are 4-0 at home this year, which followed a 12-2 mark at the Junell Center last year.
