ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The Eastern New Mexico University men's indoor track's Omer Almog broke two program records at the Don Kirby Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
 
In his first competition as a Greyhound, Almog broke the school record in the 3K and in the mile with a time of 8:18 and 4:05, respectively. Both records were previously held by standout Isaiah Samoei. In addition, both those marks are provisional NCAA qualifying times. Almog currently leads the Lone Star Conference in the mile and is eighth in all of NCAA DII.
