Cedric Palmer played for the ENMU basketball team from 2001-03. He was the Lone Star Conference Preseason Player of the Year in 2002-03 and finished as a first team all-region selection. Palmer was a First Team All-LSC selection in 2002 and 2003 and a three-time LSC Player of the Week. He led the Hounds to a 20-8 season as a senior, winning the LSC South with an 11-1 mark. Palmer played in 46 games over two seasons and accumulated 694 points (15.1/game)
