Elizabeth Richards-Capps played for the women’s basketball team for four seasons (2002, 03, 05 and 06) and registered 17 double doubles over that time. Ten of those double doubles came in consecutive contests. She is currently ranked 12th on the ENMU career scoring list with 1,043 points and is one of just 13 players to reach the 1,000-point mark. Richards-Capps also is fourth on the career list, with 680 rebounds. A three-time All-Lone Star Conference South Division selection, Richards-Capps earned first-team honors as a senior.
