Jeff Howard is the son of former ENMU offensive coordinator, Mike Howard and the husband of co-inductee Laci Lee. His jersey was retired, following a senior year that culminated in an All-American selection. As a senior, he led the team in tackles and scored two defensive touchdowns, en-route to an invitation to play in the Cactus Bowl. At the conclusion of Howard's career, he had compiled three All-America honors, two All-Lone Star Conference South selections and numerous academic honors, including an Academic All-District selection.
