Quiñones started in 169 games for ENMU. The leadoff center fielder was known for his consistent bat and flawless defense. He appeared in multiple spots on the field, including two career appearances at shortstop and 42 starts at left field in 2012. In his junior campaign, he did not commit a single error and led the program with a .374 average and 66 hits. In his final year at Eastern, he was third on the team with a .374 average. Quiñones left the program third in hits and tenth in RBI's. He graduated from the university with a degree in business administration in 2013.
