Morris Wilson was a rare athlete for Eastern that excelled in four sports from 1947-52. He played football for four seasons, track & field four years, baseball two years and tennis for two years. Over that time, he brought conference titles to ENMU in each sport, with two in football and track. A dominant athlete he played defensive end and centerfield. Wilson concluded his career with a selection as Greatest Greyhound.
