One of the top players in the history of the ENMU women’s basketball program, Sandra Gutierrez-Gannon lettered from 1983-86. Her honors included All-Lone Star Conference in 1985-86, several all-tournament teams, and Team Most Valuable Player in 1985-86. Gutierrez-Gannon’s career culminated with her selection as Greatest Zia. She was one of the top passers in team history and held assist records for a game (13), season (152) and career (447). Gutierrez-Gannon also concluded her career at ENMU with 829 points scored.
