Steve Ball was one of the top golfers in ENMU history and made All-American for the Greyhounds in 1974 and 1975. He won seven individual tournaments and set a record at the Woodhaven CC Tournament in 1975. At the National Championships he was seven under par with a 29 on the back nine. Ball went on to an extremely successful golf career after his time at Eastern.
