Eastern New Mexico University Athletics

Tommy Hightower played fullback and defensive back for the Greyhound Football team from 1954-57. The team posted a 27-10-1 record over that span, which included a 9-0-1 mark in 1957.  He went on to coach as a coordinator at Farmington HS, before becoming the head coach at Los Alamos High School. Hightower also served as head coach at Western New Mexico University from 1966-68.
