Wayne Moore served as ENMU’s women’s basketball coach for 22 seasons and posted a record of 318-259. He led the Zias to 16 seasons with records of .500 or better and was the Lone Star Conference Coach of the Year three times, with 14 LSC tournament berths. In 1992-93 Moore guided ENMU to the LSC regular-season title with a 12-2 record and 23 overall wins. He also played basketball in 1957-58 and 1958-59 and baseball from 1964 and 1965.
