Frye Clears Over 20 Points as ENMU Volleyball Defeats LCU
CANYON, TEXAS — Lauren Frye had her second straight game with double digit kills as the ENMU women's volleyball overcame Lubbock Christian University 3-2 Friday in their second matchup at the Lady Buff Classic.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After taking a close first set 25-22, the Greyhounds fell behind quickly and lost the next two sets handily.
- When it looked like LCU might walk away with a 3-1 victory, ENMU stormed back from a deficit to take the fourth set and force and fifth and final set to 15.
- Constant back and forth play saw the final match tied at 11-11. Even the final points were back and forth until the Greyhounds ended the match with two straight points to seal the deal.
- With the win over LCU, ENMU moves to 5-13 all-time against the Lady Chaps. The last win came in 2013.
- LCU went 18-5 last year and is considered a regional powerhouse in volleyball.
STAT OF THE DAY UP NEXT- The Greyhounds will take on Dallas Baptist University and Adams State University Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. respectively.
