PORTALES, N.M. – The Eastern New Mexico University men's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to rival, West Texas A&M on Saturday afternoon in Canyon, Texas. The loss moves the Greyhounds to 5-7-4 overall and 3-6-3 in Heartland Conference action.

Eastern was outshot in the match, 28-4 and 9-3 in shots-on-goal.
James Gutierrez made six saves between the pipes, but did allow the three goals.
Omary Shabani led the offensive effort for the Greyhounds with a pair of shots, including on on-goal.

The Buffaloes opened the scoring in the 28
th-minute when Rafael Visconcellos found Reece Schattle. Ivan Ulloa found the back of the net in the 60
th-minute and Thomas Vickers expanded the lead to 3-0 with just under 10 minutes to play.
