Greyhound Women's Soccer Team Plays Strong Second Half Against Thunderwolves

PUEBLO, COLO. — Colorado State-Pueblo struck for a pair of first half goals, but the Eastern New Mexico University women's soccer team (0-3-1) put together a strong defensive effort in the second half. Eastern limited the Thunderwolves (3-1) to just two second-half shots, but dropped a 2-0 decision, Tuesday afternoon. The non-conference contest was played at Rawlings Soccer Compl/Art & Lorraine Gonzales Soccer and Lacrosse Stadium.

CSU-Pueblo moved to 2-1 in the series against ENMU, with the home team winning in all three meetings. With two first half goals from the Thunderwolves, the match marked the first multi-goal half for either team in the series.
