ATLANTA, GA —
Julian Heredia drove in five runs, while the Eastern New Mexico University baseball team (8-2) drew a team-record 16 walks in Saturday night's game at the PeachTree City Classic. The Hounds exploded for a season-high 17 runs to pick up a 17-6 win over Clark Atlanta

- Endy Villalona drew a walk to lead off the game and stole second and third base before scoring on a squeeze bunt from Heredia
- Eastern built 5-0 lead in the third inning when Andrew Stubbs and Paul Tapia had back-to-bac hits, each driving in a pair of runs
- Chris Padilla had a two-run blast in the fourth frame, before a Clark Atlanta grand slam trimmed ENMU's lead to 8-5
- The Hounds scored seven straight runs and never looked back until the game was ended in the eighth inning due to inclement weather
