Pullum Scores 22 Points as Hounds Open Final Homestand

PORTALES, NM — Freshman guard Devin Pullum registered his third-20-point performance for the Eastern New Mexico University men's basketball team (10-14; LSC 5-10), in Thursday night's Lone Star Conference contest at Greyhound Arena. His 7-for-10 outing highlighted the start of the Greyhounds' final homestand, but Midwestern State (10-16; LSC 6-10) rallied from an early deficit to hand ENMU an 89-74 setback.

The Key Run
  • The teams exchanged three-point buckets throughout the opening half, with MSU taking a 14-13 lead on Brandon Neel's trey with 12:48 left in the period
  • Zach Parker responded with a trey to ignite an 8-3 ENMU surge
  • That run was punctuated by a Maurice Coleman three-point bucket to give the Hounds a 21-17 lead with 10:09 left in the half
  • Over the final 9:03 of the half, Midwestern State outscored Eastern 30-15
