PORTALES, NM - The Eastern New Mexico women's soccer team is gearing up for two Lone Start Conference matchups this week. The Greyhounds travel to Midwestern State University on Wednesday, September 29 for a 4 p.m. game, followed by a home contest against St. Edward's University on Saturday, October 2 at 12 p.m.
HOUNDS' LAST TIME OUT
• Eastern is coming off a 1-0 loss to Angelo State on Saturday, Sept. 25.
• Angelo State finished the contest with a 21-1 shot advantage over the Greyhounds.

Whitney Dockweiler recorded eight saves in net for Eastern.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
• Midwestern State enters Wednesday's game with an overall record of 3-2-1. The Mustangs tied 1-1 in double overtime with St. Edward's on Saturday, Sept. 25. Kelly Cannistra scored Midwestern's goal during that contest. Taylor Camp made nine saves in net. Three different Mustangs have netted two goals so far this season.
• St. Edward's enters the week with a 2-2-2 overall record (as of 9/27/21). On Saturday, Sept. 25, the Hilltoppers battled Midwestern State to a 1-1 tie. Before taking on the Greyhounds, St. Edward's will face St. Mary's on Wednesday, Sept. 29. Five different Hilltoppers pace the offense with one goal each through six games this season.
