PORTALES, N.M. – The Eastern New Mexico football team is set to host its annual Green and Silver Spring Game on Friday, April 29 at Al Whitehead Field at Greyhound Stadium.  Kickoff is set 6 p.m.
 
Admission is free and open to the public. Gates to the stadium will open at 5 p.m.

"We have had some tremendous spring practices over the past month. Our kids have been diligent in the weight room and have done everything we have asked of them throughout these 15 practices," said Head Football Coach Tye Hiatt. "The Spring Game is a chance for these young men to showcase their improvement to our community, campus and friends. Our coaching staff is looking forward to the competition this Friday night in Greyhound Stadium," said Hiatt.

The Hounds have already announced the date of Homecoming, Saturday, Oct. 1, against Central Washington University. Season ticket information and the remainder of the Hounds schedule is set to be announced in the coming weeks.
