PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Volleyball face their final week of the season, heading on the road for a pair of matches. First, ENMU will travel to Lubbock Christian on Wednesday, Nov. 8, facing the Chaps at 5 p.m. (MST). Then, ENMU concludes their season in Silver City, N.M. as the Greyhounds battle Western New Mexico on Friday, Nov. 11, at 6 p.m.

SCOUTING THE GREYHOUNDS
- Eastern New Mexico have had close to a week of rest coming into their final conference matches of the season. Prior to the short hiatus, ENMU dropped a tight 3-2 battle with Wayland Baptist on Oct. 31. Overall, ENMU sits at 10-19 with a 1-13 LSC standing.
- The Greyhounds offense supplies 11.9 kills per set (k/s), in addition to 11.1 assists per set (a/s). ENMU have been very strong defensively this season, sitting in the top five for blocks with 2.24 blocks per set (b/s) in the Lone Star Conference. For digs, Eastern posts 16.4 digs per set (d/s).
- Following a career high of 29 kills, Mikaela Garvin continues to lead ENMU in kills with 3.59 k/s (5th best in the LSC). Kayla Ison paces the Hounds in assists with 4.76 a/s. Getsemani Carrasco leads the conference for digs with a program high, 5.65 d/s and 537 total digs. Both of those marks from Carrasco are 6th in the nation. Gracelyn Stubbs provides a healthy balance in all categories: 2.39 k/s, 4.60 a/s, and a team best 1.04 b/s.
SCOUTING THE CHAPARRALS
- The Chaps come into the weekend with a 15-9 record, along with a 7-7 LSC record. LCU has also had a long time between matches, last playing Cameron on Oct. 28 and picking up a 3-0 sweep.
- Lubbock Christian's attack features 13.0 k/s and 12.2 a/s. On defense, LCU produces 16.4 d/s and 1.8 b/s.
- Individually, Kiana Fallaha is the team's leader for kills (3.42 k/s) with Lily Bickley averaging 2.60 k/s. Kayton Genenbacher stands out for assists with 9.92 assists per set (3rd best in the LSC). The Chaps are well balanced in the digs category, with Chole Menard leading the way with 3.49 d/s. Kalli Dalland has been a force at the net this season with 1.13 b/s.
SCOUTING THE MUSTANGS
- The Mustangs and Greyhounds will meet for the second time this season, with ENMU taking the first match 3-0 at Greyhound Arena (9/14/23). WNMU have lost their last three matches, recently playing Cameron with a 3-1 loss. Currently, Western N.M. stands at 6-21 with a 2-12 LSC record.
- WNMU enters Friday's match with a 10.1 k/s and 9.2 a/s on offense. On the other side of the ball, the Mustangs secure 14.4 d/s and 1.4 b/s.
- Jazmyne Walker is the standout for the Western New Mexico offense, with 3.23 kills per set. Letícia Correa runs the Western offense with 7.44 a/s. Defensively, Lilouann Bechec leads the program with 4.13 d/s, while Naomi Kimble and Carly Deck each have over 0.50 blocks per set.
