PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Women's Soccer return home after over a week away to face Angelo State on Sunday (Oct. 20) at Steve Loy Family Foundation Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 12 p.m. against the Rambelles.

SERIES INSIGHT

• Eastern enter Sunday's contest with the Rambelles with a 3-25-1 record all-time against the Greyhound. ASU has enjoyed a 16-game winning streak up to this point against the Greyhounds.
• On the touchline, Rambelles head coach Travis McCorkle comes back to ENMU after serving as ENMU's first ever head coach (2003-2007). His 40 wins is the most in program history, and he guided the Greyhounds to a pair of victories against the Rambelles in his time with Eastern.
• ASU has shutout the Greyhounds in 10 straight meetings, with three of the last four meetings being determined by a 1-0 scoreline. In fact, five of the last six games played at ENMU have finished 1-0 ASU.
• Two of the Greyhounds three victories against the Rambelles have come at home.
• The Greyhounds and Rambelles first met in 2003, as ASU beat Eastern 6-2 in Portales (10/18/03).

SCOUTING THE GREYHOUNDS

• The Greyhounds look to snap a five-game losing skid, holding a 2-8-1 record this season, with a LSC standing of 1-6-0. Eastern fell in their last match 2-0 nothing against Texas Woman's, as the Pioneers scored two second half goals.
• Four different Greyhounds have hit the back of the net this season. Gaia Chies, Jacqueline Garcia, Mariana Gonzalez Jimenez, and Meghann Wingsutton have each scored this season, with Gonzalez Jimenez, and Wingsutton each adding an assist. Katelyn Aune and Cristabela Mendoza also have an assist for ENMU.
• Rosie Willmott Joyce leads the conference with 64 saves (5.86 saves per game) starting every match this season. The shot stopper has a pair of shutouts, while holding a .744 save percentage.
• The Greyhounds are finding 7.2 shots per game with over 50% of those shots going on goal. Sierra Villanueva paces the team with nine shots this season, while Sarah Tate has a team high five shots on goal.

SCOUTING THE RAMBELLES

• Entering the weekend, the Rambelles sit alone at the top of the LSC standings earning 16 of a possible 18 points (5-0-1 LSC). Overall, ASU has just one loss, 7-1-3, allowing just five goals this season and scoring 18 times. Angelo State are unbeaten in their last nine matches, winning five of their last six games.
• The Rambelles are balanced as six different student-athletes have a pair of goals to lead the team. Madison Maxey leads the team with three assists, adding one goal for a team high of five points. Sanai Stewart's 25 shots and 11 shots on goal is a team high.
• Amber Lockwood is at the top of LSC goalkeepers, allowing just two goals over the first six conference games. Their goals against average (.456), save percentage (.875), and shutouts (8) lead the LSC.
• Angelo State are finding 14.0 shots per game, including 5.7 shots on goal per contest. This season, the Rambelles have committed 99 fouls, with 10 yellow cards.
