KINGSVILLE, Texas – Eastern New Mexico Volleyball (5-19, 2-11 LSC) fell in a trio of close sets against Texas A&M-Kingsville (13-11, 5-8 LSC) on Friday evening at the Gil E. Steinke Physical Education Center.

Sophia Valdez tallied a team high 10 kills during the contest, while
Halle Sanders,
Darcy Dodd, and
Randi Crandall each picked up six digs in the match. Crandall paced the Greyhounds at the service line, accounting for three service aces on the night.
Cayla Reyes finished with a match high 23 assists.
Defensively, the Greyhounds out up seven total blocks in the match, led by
Korah Ives (one solo, three assists). Crandall contributed three block assists, while Dodd and Valdez both had two total blocks. Sanders led the Hounds in digs with nine, while Reyes picked up six in the match.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORES
- Ives set a career high for total blocks with four, along with tying a career high for kills (2) during their first start. For other career marks, Crandall set a new best for aces with three.
- Valdez managed 10 kills for the 5th straight match for the Greyhounds.
