PORTALES, N.M. - The Eastern New Mexico University women's soccer team will travel to San Antonio to face St. Mary's University on Sunday, October 26. The Greyhounds (0-13, 0-10 LSC) will look to secure their first win of the season against the Rattlers (5-5-3, 4-4-2) in this conference match up.

The Greyhounds enter the contest following a 0-1 loss to Angelo State on October 22 in Portales. Louise Godden leads the team with two goals this season and has recorded 16 shots with five on goal for a .357 shot-on-goal percentage.

Eastern has faced challenges offensively this season, scoring three goals while allowing 55 through fourteen matches. The Greyhounds have been out shot by opponents 292-71, with shots on goal at 35 for ENMU versus 147 for opponents. In goal, Rosie Willmott Joyce has appeared in 10 matches with 738 minutes played, recording 63 saves with a .630 save percentage.

St. Mary's comes into the match with a balanced 5-5-3 overall record and 4-4-2 mark in conference play. The Rattlers most recently tied 1-1 at UT Tyler and have been effective offensively, scoring 22 goals while allowing 21 through thirteen matches. Shelby Paniagua and Elena Kossler lead the Rattlers with eight goals each, while Paniagua has added four assists.

History favors the Rattlers in this match up, as St. Mary's leads the overall series 8-1-2 over ENMU. The Rattlers have won the last three meetings between the schools, with the Hounds' last victory coming on September 2, 2007, when they secured a 2-1 win in Portales.

Following Sunday's match, the Greyhounds will continue their road trip as they head to UT Tyler on Wednesday, October 29, for a conference match up scheduled for 5 p.m. (CST) in Tyler, Texas.
