Pitch Preview: Eastern concludes season on road at Texas A&M International

Greyhounds search for first win of the season on Tuesday in Laredo

PORTALES, N.M. - The Eastern New Mexico University women's soccer team will conclude its 2025 season with a road conference match against Texas A&M International on Monday, Nov. 4. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CST at the Dustdevil Soccer Field in Laredo, Texas.

The Greyhounds (0-16, 0-13 LSC) look to end their season on a positive note against the Dustdevils (3-9-4, 2-8-3 LSC) in their final Lone Star Conference matchup of the year.

ENMU enters the contest following a 0-5 loss to Midwestern State on November 1 in Portales. Godden has been a bright spot for the Greyhounds' offense, accounting for three of the team's four goals this season and recording 17 shots with five on goal.

The Hounds have faced significant challenges this season, being outshot by opponents 370-75 and trailing in shots on goal 186-37. Goalkeeper Rosie Willmott Joyce has been active in net, recording 89 saves across 13 matches with a .636 save percentage.

Texas A&M International comes into the match after a 1-1 draw against Angelo State in Laredo on Saturday. The Dustdevils have scored 10 goals while conceding 21 through 16 matches this season.

The Dustdevils' offense is led by Julissa Gonzalez with two goals, while Rosa Caird has contributed a team-high five points from one goal and three assists. In goal, Latae Rodriguez has posted a 1.026 goals-against average with 49 saves and two shutouts in 11 matches.

ENMU holds a slight 4-3-2 advantage in the all-time series against Texas A&M International, adding an element of rivalry to this final contest of the season.
