The Greyhounds (4-21, 1-12 LSC) look to snap an eight-match losing streak against the Rattlers (12-11, 9-4 LSC), who enter Thursday's contest riding a five-match winning streak and under consideration in the most recent NCAA South Central regional polls.

Sophomore outside hitter
Sophia Valdez continues to be a bright spot for ENMU, leading the team with 312 kills this season. Her 3.63 kills per set ranks third in the Lone Star Conference, while maintaining a .196 hitting percentage. Valdez has also contributed 90 digs on the defensive end.

Addison Bartlett has provided consistent production with 172 kills (2.10 per set) while ranking second on the team with 207 digs (2.52 per set). Middle blocker
Amya Speller has added 137 kills (1.59 per set) and leads the Greyhounds with 70.0 blocks (0.81 per set).

Violeta Flores has orchestrated the ENMU offense with 392 assists (5.03 per set) and has recorded 20 service aces. Defensive specialist
Imahni Brown anchors the back row with a team-high 373 digs (4.34 per set, seventh in LSC) and 25 service aces, while
Aaliyah Butler has contributed 88 kills (1.24 per set) and 26.0 blocks (0.37 per set).

As a team, the Greyhounds are averaging 11.10 kills per set compared to opponents' 12.02, with a .124 hitting percentage versus opponents' .214. ENMU has recorded 873 assists (10.15 per set), 117 service aces (1.36 per set), 1,267 digs (14.73 per set) and 149.0 blocks (1.73 per set).

St. Mary's is led by Landri Withers with 297 kills (3.19 per set), 286 digs and 35.0 blocks, while Laurene Robinson has added 262 kills (2.82 per set) and 56.0 blocks. Dallasstar Johnson leads the Rattlers' defensive front with 95.0 blocks (1.04 per set) along with 150 kills and 23 service aces. Libero Alyssa Koehl has tallied 493 digs (5.30 per set) and 36 service aces.

The Rattlers hold a 12-7 advantage in the all-time series and have won the last six meetings between the teams.

Following Friday's match, the Greyhounds will host St. Edward's on Saturday, November 8 for Senior Day to conclude the home portion of its 2025 schedule. The match slated for a 2 p.m. start.
