Aja Gonzales was named on the goalie watchlist, junior transfer
Vyaney Sanchez made the defensive list, and incoming freshman
Isabel Ramirez was honored on the offensive list.
Gonzales returns for her third year at ENMU as a goalkeeper for the Greyhounds. Gonzales appeared in seven games and made four starts last season, making 22 saves on the season.
Vyaney Sanchez hails from Kyle, Texas and joins the Greyhounds this season as a junior defensive transfer from Arlington Baptist University. Sanchez started in 11 games for the Patriots, playing all ninety minutes in most of them and recording two shots on goal.
Freshman forward
Isabel Ramirez made the offensive watch list for ENMU. The El Paso native attended Franklin High School, earning first team all-conference honors her senior year along with a district title.
The 2026 season kicks off on August 27
th at Steve Loy Family Foundation Stadium at 6 p.m. where the Greyhounds will take on in-state foe New Mexico Highlands. Fans are encouraged to show their ENMU spirit by wearing green for the green-out.
