PORTALES, N.M. – ENMU volleyball sets out early in the week to face Lubbock Christian on Tuesday, September 29 at 5 p.m. MT at the Rip Griffin Center in Lubbock, Texas. The Hounds will then face rivalry West Texas A&M at home on Friday, October 2 at 6 p.m. at the Steve Loy Family Foundation Arena.

SCOUTING THE GREYHOUNDS
 Eastern went 0-2 this past week, putting its overall record at 4-10 and 1-3 in conference play. ENMU faced both Texas Woman's and Dallas Baptist this past weekend and fell 1-3 to TWU and 0-3 to DBU.
Sophia Valdez continues to lead the Greyhounds in kills, totaling 200 on the season and is sitting at fifth in the conference.
Amya Speller has recorded 157 total kills this season and sits at 18th in the conference.
Defensively, Speller and
Jordan Garcia lead the team. Speller leads with 37.0 total blocks, 13 of which are solo and the remaining 24 are assists. Garcia has totaled 151 digs on the season so far and has also tallied 18 service aces and 33 assists.
Sydney Pipkin continues to be a valuable player to the team by running the offense with 456 assists, 68 kills, 16 blocks, 132 digs, and 15 service aces.

SCOUTING THE CHAPS
- The Chaps currently hold a 7-7 overall record and 3-1 in conference play.
- The team took home two wins this past week against St. Mary's (3-1) and St. Edward's (3-0).
- Camryn Blair leads LCU with 129 kills on the season, while Kayson Reeves follows with 96 kills hitting .281.
- Ramsey Clark leads the team defensively with 139 digs, averaging 3.09 digs per set.
- ENMU and LCU are currently tied in the overall series 34-34.

- The Lady Buffs hold a 2-2 record in conference play, with a 7-8 overall record on the season.
- WT split a pair of games this past weekend, falling 0-3 to DBU and defeating Texas Woman's 3-1.
- Kaycee Cavanaugh leads the team with 182 kills at a .155 hitting average on the season.
- Defensively, Avery Ramos has held the back row leading with 273 digs, averaging 4.63 digs per set.
- WT leads the series over ENMU 81-19.
