Played two games on the offensive line, helping the Hounds drastically reduce their sack total given up in the second year of the spread offense ... Blocked for the top passing offense in the nation.

As a Freshman in 2008

Joined the Greyhound football team his first year at ENMU

Before ENMU … Played four years at Las Cruces High School under Coach Jim Miller … Awarded all district honors in 2006 and 2007, and all state honors in 2007 … A multi-sport athlete, Ricky also played third base for the  Bulldawg’s baseball team
