Biography
2014-15: Playing in all 28 games for ENMU, Gilliam started 24 games while leading the team in scoring with 16.5 points per game. Named as an Honorable Mention to the All-Lone Star Conference Team, Gilliam was one of the premier players in the conference. He scored a career-high 27 points against Cameron University Jan. 7, 2015, following that up with another 27 point performance against Texas A&M Commerce on Feb. 18, 2015. Gilliam was the only Greyhound to record a double-double during the season and was named to the Pak-A-Sak Thanksgiving Classic All-Tournament Team.
Prior to ENMU: Played a year at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, California for head coach Jeff Klien... Helped lead the Panthers to a 28-6 record in the 2013-14 season and Final Four appearance in California Community College Athletic Association State Tournament... Played in 34 games, starting 26 during his sophomore year... Averaged 12.1 ppg, 4.6 rpg and 1.6 apg... Shot 45.8 percent from the field, made 36.7 percent of his three-point attempts and converted 68.4 percent from the free throw line... Spent the 2011-12 season at UC-Riverside for head coach Jim Woolrdige... Played in 16 games off the bench and totaled 84 minutes of playing time... Averaged 1.3 ppg and 0.7 rpg... Credited with two assists and three steals... Set a season-high with five points at Longs Beach State on February 25, 2012... Grabbed season-best three rebounds at UC Davis on January 5 and matched the mark at LBSU.
High School: Lettered at Upland High School in Upland, California for head coach John McNally... Named League MVP... Selected to the All-CIF First Team... Name to Second Team All-State.
Academics: Majoring in business management with a minor in health.
