2015: The sophomore finished the 2015 campaign with a .317 batting average, recording 38 hits, a team-leading seven home runs, 32 RBIs and .600 slugging percentage.  With only three errors on the diamond, his fielding percentage ended at .955. 

Ward played almost exclusively at third base in his first season with the Greyhounds and not only led his team in most offensive categories, but did so while missing more than 100 at bats due to injury.

He was named Second Team All-LSC, joining five other Greyhounds on the All-LSC roster.  The third baseman was also named one of the top 2016 Div. II prospects by Perfect Game USA.

Prior to ENMU: Ward Appeared in 50 games with 47 starts as a freshman for Ohio University.  He recorded a .249 batting average with 46 hits in 185 at-bats while driving in 37 runs and scoring 33 times. Hit ten doubles, three triples and eight home runs, posting a .465 slugging percentage and a .312 on-base percentage. 

Ward Led the Bobcats in home runs and RBIs, ranked second in slugging percentage, third in at-bats, runs scored, doubles and triples and fourth in hits. Hit two home runs and added four RBIs against Pittsburgh on March 29. Put up a season-high five RBIs against West Virginia State on April 5.

High School: Attended Garfield Heights High School under Head Coach Dennis Markiewicz.  Ward was named team MVP as a sophomore, junior and senior, batting .415 with 10 Home Runs and 32 RBI to go along with 22 runs scored in his senior season. 

Named to the All-Scout Team by Buckeye Scout News and All-State in his senior season.  Selected in the 2010 MLB Draft by the Texas Rangers in the 47th Round as a four time letter winner in baseball.  He also lettered in football (3) and basketball (3).
