AS A FRESHMAN
Started every game for the Hounds in the 2022 season, deputized as the designated player, pitcher, and at first base ... At the dish, finished with  team lead in hits (39), doubles (11), homeruns (8), RBIs (37), runs scored (22), total bases (74), SLG% (.552), and OPS (.901) ... Supplied nine multi-hit games, seven multi-RBI games, and at one point had a 10 game hitting streak, and a 17 game reach base streak ... Went 2-3 with two runs scored and an RBI during a win over New Mexico Highlands (2/5) ... Hit grand slam against Colorado Christian, going 2-3 with 5 RBIs (2/6) ... Hit three-run homerun in win over New Mexico Highlands (2/6) ... Supplied career high six RBIs, 3-3 at the plate with a grand slam, in a win over Chadron St. (2/12) ... Had two hits with two RBIs in a win over California U. of Pa. (2/18) ... Crushed a two-run homerun, with three RBIs and two runs scored in a win over Texas A&M-Commerce (3/4) ... In the circle, threw 56.1 innings, with 31 strikeouts, and two wins in 23 apperances and 13 starts ... Went season long 5.1 innings and recorded career best five strikeouts against Texas A&M-Kingsville (3/18) ... picked up first career win against New Mexico Highlands, allowing just one hit in 3.0 innings of relief (4/19) .... Awarded win after 4.0 innings against Western New Mexico Western New Mexico, starting the game and re-entering to record the final three outs (4/22).
