As a Junior in 2011

Started all 11 games for the second straight season and was selected Honorable Mention All-Lone Star Conference ... Named to LSC All-Academic team and was the Offensive Player of the Week after the Hounds picked up a win at Angelo State ... Greyhound career leader in completions, attempts, completion percentage and total offense ... Also holds the ENMU record for single-season completion percentage ... Third in the Lone Star Conference in total offense per game and fourth in passing yards per game ... Passed for over 300 yards on two occasions, with 390 yards and four touchdowns at Incarnate Word and 370 yards at Angelo State ... 97 yard touchdown at ASU was the longest pass play in Greyhound history.


As a Sophomore in 2010

Started all 11 games and was selected Lone Star Conference North Division Co-Offensive Back of the Year and First Team All-LSC North ... Chosen as the LSC North Offensive Player of the Week for his 391-yard, two-touchdown performance against Southern Nazarene ... Ninth in the NCAA Division II and second in the LSC in total offense ... Also second in the LSC in passing yards per game ... Completed 61.2 percent of his passing attempts for 3,313 yards and 30 touchdowns.
As a Freshman in 2009

Made the first start of his career against nationally-ranked Tarleton State, completing 41 passes for 320 yards and three touchdowns ... Led a six-play, 94-yard, game-winning drive against University of the Incarnate Word in the season finale ... His three of his four passes on that drive, including an eight-yard touchdown pass to Darian Dale to give the Hounds a 35-30 lead ... Played in seven games, posting a 102.89 rating, 492 passing yards and five touchdowns.
Before Eastern New Mexico University

Quarterbacked the Muleshoe High School football team to a perfect 15-0 record and the Class 2A Division I state championship, while playing for head coach David Wood ... Garnered numerous awards following that season, including: First Team Associated Press All-State QB, First Team Texas Sportswriters Association All-State QB and Texas Class 2A Offensive Most Valuable Player (AP and TSWA) ... Also chosen for the Dave Campbell 2A Player of the Year and Most Valuable Player of the All-WEst Texas Team ... Selected by the Amarillo Globe as their Super Team Player of the Year ...
