Located inside Greyhound Arena, the Volleyball locker room underwent an extensive $15,000 remodel and renovation, under the direction of the universities physical plant in 2015. The last remodel came in 1988 when the entire arena facility was remodeled. Thanks to generous donors like the Greyhound Athletic Club, Ace Hardware, and Valley Furniture, the volleyball locker room is one of the nicest in the Lone Star Conference. Players now have new hardwood flooring, wooden lockers to house all their personal items, a player’s lounge to relax/ watch TV before and after practice and an area to watch film.

“The work in our locker room is an ongoing process; I wanted a locker room that wouldn't just be a place to hang their practice gear until next practice. The locker room should be their home away from home or their safe haven. I am so grateful to our Greyhound Club, Dr. Waggoner and the friends and supporters who have given their hard-earned money to help us.”
