2013: Appeared in and started nine games... 3-2 with a 7.00 ERA in 36.0 inning... Struck out 27 and walked 11 as opponents hit .318 off him... Struck out career-high seven batters in opening day victory over Adams State (2/9)... Pitching 8.0 innings, a career-best, in victory against Metro State (2/22)... Allowed no runs and three hits over five innings versus Cameron (3/23).

Before ENMU: Played two seasons at Santa Rosa Junior College for head coach Damon Neidlinger... Went 3-2 with two saves in 14 appearances, including five starts, in 2010 as a sophomore... Struck out 30 and walked 13.

High School: Lettered at Cardinal Newman High School for head coach T.J. McMahan... Helped lead team to the 2007 NBL League Championship... Team captain his senior year... As a senior, he was named a team captain, named first team all-league, first team all-Empire and an All-Star as a third baseman... He hit .440 with 15 RBI, five doubles, 13 runs scored and a home run.
