AS A FRESHMAN
Appeared in 12 games, with nine appearances and four starts on the mound... Had a 17.82 ERA with a 1-4 record in 16.2 innings of work... Recorded 10 strikeouts... His one win of the season came on March 7 against UT Permian Basin. 

AS A FRESHMAN (COVID-19)
Appeared in 15 total games, with 12 games and 11 starts at first base and three appearances on the mound, season cut short due to COVID-19 … Recorded five hits in 32 at bats for a .156 batting average … Scored two runs … Tallied a double and drew four walks … Finished with a 5.68 ERA in 6.1 innings pitched … Totaled six strikeouts and issued six walks … Recorded his first career hit against Angelo State on Feb. 1 … Went 2-for-4 at the plate with a double and scored a run against Texas A&M International on Feb. 9 … Tossed 2.2 innings of three hit, two-run ball while fanning a career-high five strikeouts against Tarleton State on Feb. 22.
