Saw action in seven games during the 2018 season ... Made 10 receptions for 55 yards.

AS A JUNIOR
Redshirted for the 2017 season.

AS A SOPHOMORE AND FRESHMAN (WEST TEXAS A&M)
Competed in two games for the Buffaloes during the 2016 season ... returned nine kicks for for 209 yards ... had a season-long 55-yard return against Eastern New Mexico ... did not compete during freshman season.

HIGH SCHOOL 
While attending Lamar High School, Smith was a four year letter winner for Football, Basketball, and Track & Field... In 2014 he received All District Honors... Stats at Lamar High include 1,180 total rushing yard on 188 carries with 19 touchdowns, 9 receptions for 109 yards... Senior year he achieved a 9-3 record for football....Was awarded District Champions his senior year.... Finishing as 1st team All-District... Two year State Track and Field player.... Academic Honors include, LSC commissioners Honor Roll. 

PERSONAL 
Son of Dexter Fairchild and Terrie Smith... Health Physical Education is what he plans to focus on here at ENMU....Hobbies he enjoys are fishing, cooking, dancing, and playing video games...After college he is set on getting accepted to graduate school and becoming a physical therapist assistant or occupational therapist.
