Eric Osborne joined the Eastern New Mexico football staff as a graduate assistant in 2019. He has coached on both sides of the ball for the Greyhounds and was recently promoted to a full-time defensive assistant coach.Â
Osborne came to ENMU as a student-athlete in 2013 and earned a starting role as a junior before suffering a career ending injury.Â
In his high school playing days, Osborne helped Lovington High School to three state championships and was a two-time All-District and All-State selection. His senior year, he was named captain, New Mexico Defensive MVP, Linebacker of the Year, and the New Mexico Player of the Year.Â
