Played in nine games and made 1.5 tackles for a loss in the opener against Southern Nazarene ... Forced a fumble and had half a sack against Southeastern Oklahoma State.

Was a second team all-state selection for head coach Jared Howell at Piedra Vista High School in Farmington N.M. ... Made first team all-district in his final three seasons ...
