AS A SENIOR 
Appeared in nine contests as a key member of the defensive line... Finished the season with 13 tackles (8 solo, 5 assist)... Had four tackles for loss for a total of 21 yards... Recorded two sacks for a total loss of 14 yards... Forced a fumble against Adams State on Sept. 11... Recorded four tackles (3 solo, 1 assist) against West Texas A&M on Oct. 16.

AS A JUNIOR
Appeared in three games throughout the 2019 season... Recorded three tackles... Produced his first career sack in the Hounds upset-win over Angelo State on Nov. 9. 

AS A SOPHOMORE AND FRESHMAN (CHAFFEY COLLEGE)
Competed for two seasons with the Panthers … Made 18 tackles and four tackles for loss during the 2017 season … Recorded 18 tackles and 7.5 tackles for loss during the 2016 campaign.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played for head coach Tim Salter at Upland High School … Earned First Team All-CIF, First Team All-Inland Valley Conference and was a two-time First Team All-Baseline Team selection … Tallied 54 tackles, 15 tackles for loss and five sacks during senior campaign.

PERSONAL
Son of  Grace Smith and Ken Ferdinand … Enjoys playing video games in his free time … Plans to pursue a career as a S.W.A.T. police officer after graduation … Majoring in Criminal Justice.
