- Ran a personal best 1:57 in the 800 at LSC Outdoor Championship meet
- Ran a personal best in the 1500 at the Bobcat Invitational with a time of 4:10.30.

- Competed for Head Coach Jeremy Vejar at Manzano High School
- Earned academic honors in the 5k
- Two-time Distance Runner of the Year for the Monarch track team
- All-academic team in basketball
- Member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes
- Third-Year Letter Academic Award
- Graduated from Manzano High School in 2014, where he competed in cross country, the 800, 1600 and 3200 in track and field
- Finished 35th in the 2014 5A New Mexico State Cross Country Championships
