Ran all six meets for the Greyhounds ... top 6k time came at the Greyhound Invitational where she clocked a 26:35.2 result ... finished 92nd at conference running 27:06.7 ... opened season with 5k time of 22:45.86 at New Mexico State

AS A JUNIOR
Ran in six competitions ... three top-50 finishes ... crossed the line in 27:20.61 at the Greyhound Invite for a 6th place finish ... marked a 26:33.5 at the LSC XC Championships

AS A SOPHOMORE
Competed in five meets during the season … Posted a seasons best time on a 5K course of 22:36.2 at the Chile Pepper Festival ... Competed at the 2021 Lone Star Conference Championship, finished with a time of 27:51.85 on the 5K course.

AS A FRESHMAN
Competed in five meets….Set a personal best 4K at the Buffalo Stampede recording a time of 17:41.0….Set a personal best 5K at the 2019 FHSU Tiger Open with a time of 21:12.9….Qualified for the Lone Star Cross Country Championships setting a personal best in the 6K with a time of 27:32.9.

HIGH SCHOOL
Competed for head coach Dhaoadi Chokri at Eldorado High School in Albuquerque, N.M. ... Helped lead the Eagles to a district championship three consecutive years (2016-18) as well as a state championship in 2018 ... Earned 2A District 5 Honorable Mention accolades ... Team captain and a three-time letterman.

Daughter of Frank and Melissa Griego ... Loves camping, fishing, traveling, reading and eating ... Wants to attend law school and become a JAG lawyer after graduation ... Majoring in Political Science.
