Competed in seven meets in 2023-24 campaign … first team all-american in two events at NCAA DII indoor track and field championships … placed fourth in 400m with a time of 47.66s … took sixth in the 200m with a 21.46s result … won 200m at 2024 LSC indoor championships with a time of 21.61s … placed third at conference meet at 48.90s … helped 4x400 team take seventh at the conference meet

AS A FRESHMAN AND SOPHOMORE (NMJC)
During the 2022 season, he competed in four events favoring the 60 meter and 200 meter dash … in the 60 meter dash, Frederick received a personal best of 6.93s at the Texas Tech Shootout (2/22) … during the 200 meter he clocked a top time of 21.37s at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational (3/22) placing fourth … ran the 100 meter sprint at the 2022 94^th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (3/22) placing a best time of 10.52s … competed in the 100 meter, 200 meter, and 4X100 meter relay at the NJCAA DI Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/22) earning a fastest time of 41.22s in the 4X100 meter relay

During the 2021 season Frederick competed in four events … focusing on the 100 meter and 200 meter, he set a personal best in both events at the Corky/Crofoot Shootout (4/21) placing fourth in the 200 meter (21.85s) and sixth in the 100 meter (10.65s) … competed in the 4X100 meter relay placing first at the WTAMU Spring Break College (3/21) with a top time of 40.56s … placed seventh in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.17s at the T-Bird Indoor Qualifier (2/21) … Competed in the 100 meter and 4X100 meter at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/21)
