Biography

AS A GRADUATE STUDENT 
Competed in seven meets during the 2021 outdoor season... Recorded a time of 1:06.92 in the 400-meter hurdles in the prelims at the Lone Star Conference Championships, which sits third in the program record book... Finished eighth in the 400m hurdles finals at the LSC Championships with a time of 1:11.67.

AS A SENIOR (ST. JOHN'S) 
Named to the 2018-19 BIG EAST All-Academic Team ... 2019 Indoor BIG EAST Conference Champion in the 4x400m relay ... Placed 7th in the 200m final at the 2019 Indoor BIG EAST Conference Championships.  

AS A JUNIOR (ST. JOHN'S)
Finished second in the 500 meter run with a time of 1:20.05 in the Bill Ward Meet... At the Penn 8-Team Select, set personal bests in the 200 and 400 meter runs with times of 25.58 and 57.61, respectively... Was part of the Mets Indoor Championships 4x400 team that finished first with a time of 3:45.63... Finished second in the 4x400 in the BIG EAST Indoor Championships... Finished third in the event at the ECAC Indoor Championships and first at the Mets Outdoor Championships... Finished with a personal best in the 100 meter run at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a time of 12.65... Ran a personal best in the 400 meter hurdle at the Penn Relays with a time of 1:02.61.

AS A SOPHOMORE (ST. JOHN'S) 
Set a personal best in the 60-meter dash at the Bill Ward Meet, placing 10th with a time of 8.16... Placed in the Top 5 in the Distance Medley Relay at the Mets Indoor Championships with a time of 12:38.49... Recorded a personal best in the 300 meter run with a time of 41.58 at the Artie O'Connor Invitational... Placed 12th at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships in the Pentathlon with a personal best score of 2534... Part of the fourth place 4x100 relay team at the Penn Challenge with a time of 49.57... Finished eighth in the 400 meter hurdles at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN (ST. JOHN'S)
Competed in the 4x400 at the Fordham Season Opener, finishing second... Finished 12th at the NYC Metro Champs in the 400 meter run with a time of 1:00.19.

HIGH SCHOOL
