Biography

Before ENMU
Prior to enrollment at ENMU, Johnston played for Head Coach Joe Delsante at Campo Verde High School. As a senior, she posted a .412 batting average, with a .495 slugging percentage, 28 runs scored, and 28 runs batted in. She registered four hits in a win against Mesa. A versatile athlete, Johnston played first base, third base, pitcher, catcher, and competed for the basketball and volleyball teams.Among her honors were Most Valuable Player, Golden Glove and Silver Slugger.

She also participated in Pause for a Cause and Link Crew.

Academic
Johnston is majoring in biology at ENMU with an emphasis in pre-medical sciences.
