AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN
Played in all but two games during the season, starting 46 games as a catcher... Finished the season with 11 hits, six RBIs, and five runs scored ... Posted a pair of multi-hit games: versus Fort Lewis (2/11), and against California U. of Pa. (2/18) ... Behind the plate, recorded a team high 247 putouts, along with 24 assists, and throwing out 14 runners on the base paths, to hold a .968 fielding percentage ... recorded 18 putouts in a win over Fort Lewis, 2nd most in program history for a single game (2/11).
