Before ENMU
Mayfield transferred to Eastern from Scottsdale Community College, where she played for Head Coach Bike Medder. She competed for Head Coach Jermaine Whitaker at Marcos de Niza High School. Mayfield garnered all-city for the Padres basketball and volleyball teams and competed for the track & field program.

Academic
Mayfield is majoring in nursing at ENMU with sa minor in physical education.
