In her first season with the Hounds, Polizzi appeared in 17 games with 11 starts. She had a three-point game against Texas A&M-International, with an assist and the game-winning goal.

Before ENMU
Prior to enrollment at Eastern, Polizzi attended Cedar Ridge High School, where she played for head coach Andrea Masanda. She not only made the Honor Roll and was a member of the National Honors Society, but earned Academic all-state and All-Academic District honors.
