Started all 18 games for Eastern and was a huge offensive threat...Earned the Zia's Most Valuable Offensive Player Award after leading the team with 1475 minutes played, six goals scored, 14 total points, and 41 shots...Scored a season high two goals en route to a 5-3 win against Texas-Permian Basin (9/23/10)... Earned the Goeasternathletics.com player of the week three times during the 2010 season (9/6, 9/27, and 10/18)...Currently, Serrano is eighth all-time in career points, shots on goal and goals scored.
Played in 11 games with six starts ... Dished out the first assist of her career in a 1-0 win over Abilene Christian ... Scored in another Lone Star Conference game at East Central ... Selected to the ENMU Athletic Director's Honor Roll in both the Fall and Spring semesters.
Played varsity soccer for five years at Los Lunas High School under coaches James Torres and Pat Powers … In her senior season, Brook recorded 13 goals and nine assists, placing her in the top 15 5A goal scorers in the state … A multi-sport athlete, Brook also lettered in basketball, track, and softball … Awarded all-district honors in basketball two years … Named second team all state, first team all district in 2008, second team all district in 2007, and honorable mention all district in 2005 for the Tigers … Brook lettered in both track and basketball while at Los Lunas HS.
