Career
Morgan Fairbanks has been a member of the program since the 2014 season and has made 35 appearances at the midfield position. She has three career goals and a .714 shots on goal percentage.
As a Sophomore in the 2015 Season
In Fairbanks' second season, she was a key component in the midfield's ability to limit the opposition's opportunities. As a result, Eastern's opponents managed just 1.55 goals per game. Fairbanks emerged as a scoring threat in 2015 and tied for the team lead with three goals. The first game-winning goal of her career came in a 1-0 win over cross-state rival, New Mexico Highlands, on September 16. That came just one game after the first goal of her career, ina 2-1 win at Texas A&M-International. For the season, she played in all 19 games, with 12 starts.
As a Freshman in the 2014 Season
Fairbanks played in 16 games during Eastern's resurgent season of 2014. After a four-win season in 2013, ENMU won nine games and finished a program-best third in the Lone Star Conference. She dished out the first assist of her career in a 1-0 victory at Midwestern State on October 26.
Before ENMU
Prior to enrollment at Eastern, Fairbanks was a striker at Red Oak High School, where she played for head coach Mathew Loafman. Among her accomplishments was a selection as Newcomer of the Year as a freshman.
