In her first season at ENMU, Orozco was a key component of the defense and appeared in 14 games with eight starts. She had single shots on goals in consecutive games against Texas Woman's and Texas A&M-Commerce.

Before ENMU
Prior to enrollment at Eastern, Orozco played at Trinidad State Junior College for head coach Aaron Miller. During her tme with the Trojans, Orozco garnered All-American Academic, All-American, and second team all-region laurels. At Rio Rancho High School, she played for head coach Uwe Balzis. A highly decorated athlete for the Rams, Orozco  was a four-year letter winner and second team all-state selection at centerback. She also was a four-year letterwinner for the Ram basketball team.

Academic
Orozco is majoring in biology at ENMU, with a minor in psychology.
